Keywords Ranking
The Challenge

Hyperbaric Pro had just 68 organic visits/month, 574 keywords ranking (only 5 in the Top 3), and zero AI Overview visibility when work began in December 2024 — while competing in a YMYL medical niche against established brands.

Strategy Applied

Started with full keyword research and keyword mapping across the entire site, then applied a hub-and-spoke content model to build topical authority. Created new category pages, blog content, and optimised product page copy, all built around targeted keywords. Supported with internal linking to pass authority from hub pages down to spokes and product pages.

Results
  • Organic keywords grew from 574 to 2,400+ (+318%), with the trend still climbing toward 2,700
  • Went from zero AI visibility to 128 total AI mentions (ChatGPT 69, Google AIO 32, AI Mode 27)
  • Now holds a 1.5% AI Overview SERP share
  • Top page drives 117 visits/month, up +72 from the previous period

The Challenge

Venturz is an all-in-one startup platform offering tools across email marketing, website building, community forums, and payment processing — making it extremely difficult to define a clear SEO niche. As a newer platform, it faced the dual challenge of competing for high-difficulty keywords in multiple verticals while also struggling to convert organic visitors unfamiliar with the brand.

Strategy Applied

Began with comprehensive keyword research across all target verticals, then built a master content plan using the hub-and-spoke model — creating distinct clusters for features, solutions, and blog content. Launched by publishing feature and solution pages for the primary clusters, followed by supporting blog content. In parallel, ran an off-page campaign: startup directories, blog aggregators, and image submission sites, plus inbound and outbound backlink outreach, growing Domain Rating from 20 to 73. Subsequently built a brand community, launched social content, ran cold outreach for backlink exchanges, and started a product newsletter. The final phase focused on user onboarding to improve activation and retention. Technical SEO improvements ran throughout all phases.

Results
  • 200% organic traffic growth (from 3,000 to 15,000 monthly visits)
  • 150+ pages ranked; 10,000+ keywords in ranking positions, with many featured in AI Overviews
  • Domain Rating grew from 20 to 73
  • 10,000+ startup users onboarded to the platform

The Challenge

Proferlo experienced a sudden and significant traffic decline, with its core collection pages dropping out of search rankings entirely. Sales had fallen by 30% month-over-month, putting immediate revenue at risk.

Strategy Applied

Conducted a full technical SEO audit to identify the root causes of the ranking drop. Diagnosed and resolved all critical on-site issues, then submitted key money pages for re-indexing. Performed targeted keyword research for core collection pages and collaborated directly with the Shopify development team to implement optimisations across collection and product pages.

Results
  • Core money pages recovered and returned to ranking positions
  • Sales increased by 15% within the first month of recovery
  • Site health score improved to 85+
  • Core keywords recovered, including dining chairs, coffee tables, and similar high-intent terms
  • 100+ new keywords began ranking as a result of the optimisation work

Time to Impact
The Challenge

The Shopify store had a fragmented SEO foundation that limited its ability to attract qualified organic traffic. Product pages lacked keyword-focused copy, collection pages were incomplete or missing for many product categories, and technical issues affected crawlability and indexation. Incomplete keyword coverage across collection pages and a lack of supporting blog content held back visibility for both product-focused and informational search terms.

Strategy Applied

Conducted keyword research across all product collections to identify target terms and search intent, then used it to optimise existing collections and build new ones aligned with valuable keyword opportunities. Created supporting blog content to capture informational demand and strengthen topical relevance around cultivation and grow equipment. Developed optimised collection and sub-collection pages, and aligned site architecture, internal linking, metadata, and content strategy to improve discoverability.

Results
  • Within 4 to 5 months the site saw an estimated 40% increase in organic sessions
  • 30% growth in revenue from organic search
  • Expanded keyword coverage across collections and blog content improved rankings for both product and informational terms
  • On-page and technical fixes strengthened overall site health, contributing to a rise in store sales

The Challenge

The site was starting from an initial position with no established rankings. The core challenge was producing content of high enough quality to compete against established top competitors in the niche.

Strategy Applied

Started with initial keyword research and a strategy built on the hub-and-spoke model to target the most relevant, highest-potential topics and keywords. Worked to monthly keyword and topic strategies, then produced content targeting the most relevant topics each month.

Results
  • Within 3 to 4 months, several topics were ranking in top positions in the Google SERP
  • Within 6 months, traffic jumped 10x compared to the start of the project
  • Pitch Deck Creators is now one of the leading agencies in its niche

Simplyblock

Industry:Cloud-native NVMe block storage for Kubernetes / OpenShift (SaaS)
Market:Global / enterprise platform teams

Internal LinkingOn-Page SEOTechnical SEO
The Challenge

Simplyblock, a SaaS product, had a weak internal linking structure that limited how well authority and relevance flowed between pages, making it harder for key pages to rank and for search engines to understand site hierarchy and topical relationships. As the engagement progressed, further on-page and technical gaps surfaced, including unoptimised page elements and issues affecting crawlability and indexation.

Strategy Applied

Started as an internal linking specialist, auditing the existing link structure and rebuilding it around a clearer hierarchy, linking supporting pages back to key money and topic pages to consolidate authority and improve topical relevance signals. Later expanded into on-page optimisation (titles, meta descriptions, headers, content structure) and technical fixes to support the site's broader SEO health.

Results
  • Improved internal linking structure strengthened authority flow to key pages and clarified site hierarchy for search engines
  • Follow-on on-page and technical fixes further improved crawlability, indexation, and page-level optimisation across the site

Site Migration SEOMagento→ShopifyTechnical SEOReporting
The Challenge

Migrating client stores from Magento to Shopify put existing SEO equity at serious risk — broken URLs, missing redirects, lost metadata, and altered site structure could have caused significant ranking and traffic drops if the migrations were not handled carefully. On top of this, additional clients were assigned needing ongoing on-page and technical fixes, with performance tracked and reported across GSC, Google Analytics, and SEMrush for each account.

Strategy Applied

Led SEO-safe Magento-to-Shopify migrations, mapping and implementing URL redirects, preserving metadata and content structure, and auditing post-migration crawlability and indexation to prevent ranking and traffic loss. For the broader client base, handled on-page fixes (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking) and technical fixes (crawl errors, duplicate content, indexation), while building recurring reports from GSC, Google Analytics, and SEMrush.

Results
  • Migrations completed with minimal SEO disruption, protecting existing rankings and organic traffic through the platform switch
  • Ongoing on-page and technical fixes across the client base, combined with regular GSC / Analytics / SEMrush reporting, supported measurable and trackable SEO health improvements for each account

Kudo Digital

Industry:Growth studio — web design, CRO, Google Ads & SEO
Market:Client portfolio served was Australian; the agency itself is based in Vancouver, BC — worth confirming

Multi-CMS SEOTechnical SEOOn-Page SEOLocal Market Strategy
The Challenge

Serving a portfolio of Australian clients built on a range of different CMS platforms made it difficult to apply one consistent SEO process, since each platform had its own constraints around metadata, structured data, and technical implementation. Strategies also had to be re-aligned for Australian search behaviour and local competitors rather than following a single standard market approach.

Strategy Applied

Delivered on-page and technical SEO across multiple client sites built on varying CMS platforms, adapting implementation methods to each platform's specific limitations and capabilities. Focused on keyword and content strategies suited to Australian search intent and local competition, while applying the same core technical fixes (crawlability, indexation, site structure) and on-page optimisation used across the broader portfolio.

Results
  • Delivered consistent on-page and technical SEO improvements across a portfolio of Australian clients on different CMS platforms
  • Supported better site health and search visibility tailored to the Australian market

White-Label SEOTechnical SEOOn-Page SEOQA Workflows
20+
Client Sites Managed
The Challenge

Managing SEO simultaneously across 20+ client sites (mostly US-based, concentrated in Utah) meant a high risk of inconsistent quality and slow turnaround. Each site had its own set of on-page and technical gaps needing fixes — outdated titles and meta descriptions, weak header structure, poor internal linking, crawl errors, duplicate content, and indexation issues — that needed individual diagnosis despite the shared workload.

Strategy Applied

Handled on-page and technical SEO execution across the client base, including title tag and meta description optimisation, header structure fixes, keyword mapping, and internal linking, alongside resolving crawl errors, duplicate content, and indexation problems. Built repeatable QA checklists and prioritisation workflows to keep quality consistent while managing 20+ accounts at once, allowing fixes to be rolled out efficiently across the whole portfolio rather than one-off per client.

Results
  • Consistently delivered on-page and technical SEO improvements across a 20+ client portfolio, improving site health, indexation, and on-page relevance at scale
  • The workflows and checklists built to manage this volume improved turnaround time and quality consistency across accounts
  • Supported steady organic visibility gains for clients across multiple niches
